I am very excited by the upcoming CMG imPACt performance and capacity conference. This year it would be held on November 6-9, 2017 in New Orleans, LA. It is only such vendor-neutral, 4-day, 5-track conference devoted completely to performance, capacity, scalability, and adjacent topics. It is organized by CMG (Computer Measurement Group), a not-for-profit, worldwide organization of performance and capacity planning professionals.
A lot of events are scheduled: Performance and Capacity Hackathon (which is $10 / free for the conference attendees), Performance Testing Workshop, CMG Training / Badge Program, and the CMG imPACt 2017 conference itself.
The conference includes 80+ presentations on performance, capacity, cloud, IoT, security (and more) from best experts in these areas and several great panels.
And, of course, I am very excited that my talk ‘Continuous Performance Testing: Myths and Realities’ was accepted – I hope it may trigger a meaningful discussion.
